We would like to say that we never charge for work we have not done. We nevertaken on work we can't do and we never go through a machine to see whats on there or view private dat on any machine for any reason.
Protect yourself: Do not keep details of bank accounts on any machine that is going to a repair shop. Make sure all personal data is back-up and removed for the machine.

Verona's Computer maintenance.co.uk have created this No win No fee policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer service.

Please read the following.

We at verona's computer Mainteance operate a strict no win no fee policy.

Our technician will not accept an money offered unless a repair has been completed.

If we are unable to get a computer to work or cannot complete a repair within 3 hours in the clients home /office there is no charge not even a call-out charge if one should apply.

We will not even charge a call out charge in the case of a computer not being able to be repaired if a call out charge should apply.

If you the customer insists on offering a payment even if a repair could not be made then the customer will be asked to make a donation to a charity of their choice.
