The wish of Verona's Computer Maintenance is to provide the Client with a professionally Computer repair and Upgrade. services. It is there for important that we ' Verona's Computer Maintenance' and you 'The client' both understand and agree to the work being contracted. Please read the following terms and conditions.

These are our general terms of service

1. Maintenance Service
All work is carried out by Verona's Computer Maintenance technicians (except hardware repairs to laptops which is carried out by BCS London laptops or ACI Plc. In which case thier general terms and condition apply.) All old parts are made available for inspection by you the client when removed. No work will be carried out without you the client being informed. If during repair work we find another problem we will inform the client and await instructions before proceeding to repair any additional problems.

2.Price
All prices quoted on Verona's Computer Maintenance.co.uk include VAT.
All prices qouted face to face or on the telephone include VAT, delivery and collection form the clients address.

3. The Amazon Shop
We have online shopping backed by Amazon.
This shop is covered by Amazon's, own privacy policy and terms and conditions.

5.Completion Date
Verona's Computer Maintenance and the Client will work together to complete a repair/upgrade or custom build Computer within the timescale as
agreed between Verona's Computer Maintenance and the Client.

6. Payment
Payment shall be made in pounds sterling by way of cash, cheque, Credit Card, Debit Card , money order or Paypal. If a repair in to be invoiced a pro forma invoice will be issued and a full VAT invoice if required will be issued upon payment in full of the invoice.

Verona's Computer Maintenance do not offer monthly repayments or any other forms of credit.

7. Consequential Loss
Verona's computer Maintenance will not be be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of this Web site or other sites linked to it

8. Deposit
A deposit of 25% will be needed on all custom build computers. This deposit will be returned if you need to cancel a custom build within 14 days unless special parts have been need to meet the requirements of the build.

A deposit of 10% is required on all parts over £60 when these parts need to be ordered for a repair.

9. Right to Cancel
For a short time (14 days) the client has the right to cancel a custom build computer. After this time a small charge may be made to cover cost of special parts needed to meet requirements of the clients custom build.

10. No call out charge.
No call-out charge will be charge if the repair is within teh M25 . Acall-out charge of £30 is charged on all repairs out side the M25. No call-out charge will apply if the computer can not be repaired.
