There is no call-out if you have a london postcode (IE: N1 or SW17). We are sorry but we now make a small charge of just £5 if you live in areas that don't have a london postcode but are within the M25. If you live outside the M25 we make an £8 call-out charge. No. We try to arrange a time that is after the charge finishes. if we can't we try and use public transport to get to you. If we need to take your machine away we arrange a time after the charge zone ends to collect your machine and deliver it back to you.
